Dood JJ Watt's forearms where bigger then his head..... They already juicing for spring practice holy shit!

I'm surprised JT didn't tell Squiggy to sit next to JJ so he could have some room.

You have to be careful with Eldy. He has a habit of slipping in disparate thoughts and ends up covering both sides of any argument ensuring you always have something upon which to agree...well, except when it comes to the Iggles or anything Philly related. :laughing

P.S. I looked up the Raiders' history. They had 10 losing seasons in their first forty-two years in the league with only three instances where they had more than a single losing season in a row. They've really sucked since 2002 but the overall trajectory of the franchise was positive.

I really feel cheated by the Murphy's football gods for NY not taking Mayfield. So much material for digging at Eldy is going to go to waste now. :cry

Bro, the New York Football Giants are dig proof. Royalty does not concern itself with the concerns of the plebeian masses.

:D

The Raiders took 1st in their Division 5 times from 1983 to 2017. Yes, they has a good 3 year run in 2000 to 2002, but they last time they were good before that was 1990. I mean, their Division is traditionally not even that good. Usually they have 1 good team in the mix, because the Broncos or Chargers will manage to pull it together for a couple of seasons before falling apart. The AFC West has really only been a pretty decent Division recently.

I like to think that once the worst owner in the history of professional sports died, the negative impact on his whole division was lifted, so the Chiefs, Chargers, and Broncs were all also able to compete on a more serious level with the 2015 Denver Superbowl was like the Curse of the Worst Owner Ever being lifted from the division and even The Raiders were allowed to have a rare good season.

:D

good point.

Yes it was a great day for the NFL when Wellington Mara died. Good fucking riddance!

:laughing

Giants fans have never once flown a balloon or put up a billboard, begging a Mara to get out of the operation. At least when Jed York abandoned the City of their entire existence for San Jose (which is in no way a part of San Francisco people) and destroyed the Niners, he admitted some things could have been done better and is really trying to fix it. :laughing

Fan anger over Monterey's own Herm Edward's 1978 "Miracle" TD finally forced Mara out of the football operations side... he really thought he was doing a good job in the 60's and 70's. :laughing

I am super curious to see who turns their team around faster. Darnold or Barkley. Should be interesting. Jets fans are almost as bad as Eagles fans, hopefully it isn't them.

My hope is that Darnold gets injured early, the Jets trade him for more picks, and then he goes and wins a Superbowl in Houston or some shit.

It may have a bit to do with how effective the pickup of nate solder is. he was pretty good for the patriots. maybe he can be a stabilizing force on the line and help out eli and saquon.

I haven't really seen anything from the jets that would convince me they're going to be able to protect their qb.

I still think Darnold will bust and Rosen will be the best QB from this draft.

I have a feeling mayfield may actually be legit in the NFL. we'll see. Josh Gordon, yo. I'm "high" on that kid...
