It may have a bit to do with how effective the pickup of nate solder is. he was pretty good for the patriots. maybe he can be a stabilizing force on the line and help out eli and saquon.
I haven't really seen anything from the jets that would convince me they're going to be able to protect their qb.
Well, also, if Flowers moves to the other side, it is potentially an upgrade at both tackle positions, with Hernandez being a mauler for a first year guard. 2 big questions, well 3. If Eli can make plays still when given the opportunity, if these revamped o-line can gel into a useful unit, and if all involved parties can stay relatively healthy, this is the most stacked Offense in the NFL on paper. If curious to see if paper goes into play under the new coach. Clearly last year was a morale loss to a locker room divided.
skill positions, yes it's a potentially scary offense but ah, no what you had on the o-line was shit and you know it was shit. the coaching change is probably going to help most. different personnel...there's potential.
One thing I would bet on, is that if eli gets more time even if it's just the defense honoring the threat of saquon...he'll deliver. when it counts most. i'll forever be thankful to that man for taking down the patriots...twice. special, special dude.
the 9ers WR corps is 'stacked'??
ooookay...
Yeah as crazy as it sounds, I don't think Dez really has a spot.
Dez had a legitimate offer from the Ravens, and the dumbass turned it down because he wanted a team that would play the 'boys twice a year... and none of those teams want anything to do with him.
Totally overplayed his hand.
some rando in the Deadspin comments said:Fuck the ginger stooge and the 31 Galvin Belson’s who continue to keep him employed
funny thing is the team that could make best use of Dez is....... Dallas
whoops
