NFL 2021

I’m looking forward to the 9ers Rams game next weekend. Another home SB is on the line. This has been a great season. Dallas once again showed the world who they are, Raiders mad respect for they way they finish. Both No1 seeds bounce from the playoffs. KCs offense is still crazy. Josh Allen what an arm that kids got.

Thanks BARF for adding to the fun!!!

Allen has the wheels too..! Amazing talent.

I notch that loss to the Bills Coach. They should have kicked it to where the Chiefs had to field it to burn a few seconds. Some other decisions were not great either.

that was a huge mistake. I suppose they wanted to protect against a run back, but I think the time off the clock was well worth the risk.

Yea, a KO return was very unlikely, but 3-5 seconds off the clock would have sealed the game. A low squib kick to about the 40, to be fielded by anyone but T. Hill is all they needed. Regardless of the Bills mistake, KC managed the clock perfectly.

The games this weekend have been incredible.

I didn't get to see every minute of each game, but I agree.

Now, for those who think that ol Jimmy can't win against a great QB, always remember Denver and Peyton's last ride. He was so broken that he could barely pass 20 yards but they had a ferocious defense that year. And yes, I remember that Von is on the Lambs now.

Well, guess what the Niners have? And have had, going all the way back to Harbaugh? Yes, secondary is suspect and I can imagine Mahomes finding their weakness with his funny little passes but there will be rushing.

They showed me an awful lot in the snow. As long as the score stayed low I knew they had a chance. Shit just happens with those guys.

And to think that Special Teams were a laughingstock of the league early in the season! Wow. I remember Travis Benjamin dropping the ball on the five yard line way back then. But they stuck with him, stuck with the plan and look what happened. Last Friday on sports radio they were joking about Hightower's value. Different tune Monday morning.

For home run derbies, nothing beat last night....but that is definitely not the style of play Niners fans are used to....

PS: Can you imagine how desperate the Rams are to redeem themselves? I'll bet they are channeling Gargamel (Belichick) for some sneaky tricks to gain advantage. Let's see, they can poison the hotel food. Give bad directions to the charter bus drivers. Short circuit the radio signals,,, whatever it takes.

....Losing for the seventh time, man, I can't even.....On this basis alone, they should win but we all know how that's gone....

Enjoyed laughing at the numerous blunders in the Buccaneers/Rams game. My constant thought during a lot of the game was that I don't think either team actually wants to win. :p Reminded me of the baseball episode of South Park where all the kids are actively trying to lose in the playoffs so they don't have to play anymore.

Impressive comeback from a 17 point deficit early on.

Of the 4 remaining teams, none deserve Super Bowl other than Kansas City. The remaining got in by some last second field goal. Rams deserved to lose after letting Brady catch up to them.

As far as I am concerned, last night's Kansas City/Buffalo game was the Super Bowl. Feel bad for Josh Allen. That kid left his heart on the field.

...the Chiefs also kicked a last second field goal to force OT

i think if they did squib it, the ball was gonna be on the 40 already, then 1 more pass and they are in the fg contention.

kicking it was probably one of those AWS % given to the HC where he chose to kick it further back to touchback and make them travel 50 yards instead of 25, thats 2 miracle passes instead of 1

13 seconds with 3 timeouts is a fucking eternity.

Nope. He is under contract with the Saints for at least 2 or 3 years so if he unretires I think they still have the rights to him so they would have to pay to get NO to give him up. Probably tired of the grind, no Brees, no QB for the future, Covid crap every week, and with their cap issues they will be rebuilding. Probably going to be an analyst for TV. Pretty close to same pay and way better work/life ratio.

Since my kid lived in NOLA for a few years, I always had to keep my mouth shut about Coach Headhunter. I hope he retires.
