got two flanken cut short ribs to add to the dry chamber from Belcampo.
 
First attempt at eggs Benedict (and hollandaise) I was pretty pleased with the results. I used 'merican bacon because I had it. Chives are home grown.

I have chives, sage, oregano, and thyme that are flourishing all year. And a fucking parsley plant that I thought I had ripped out and decided it wanted to grow back in the middle of the oregano :laughing
 
The remanufactured ones on Kitchenaid's website are pretty cheap. Just saying.

yea but I went down the rabbit hole of people rebuilding the old hobart era ones and that looks like a fun project.
