Peanut Butter's gonna make it a bit oily, but like B said: I clean mine in the AM with hot water and that's all it takes. IF I was doing PB on the regular, I'd put hot water in it, some degreaser and leave it till I got home...then rinse it and it'll be good. Blendtec/ Vitamix aren't cheap, but they last for (literally) ever. I've had my BT for over 13 years now and still going string. Had to replace the base blend pitcher, but that wasn't too bad. It's been bullet proof and I've got like 3000 blends on it or something. A ninja will be dead in like 4-5 years of heavy duty, IME.
 
All we know is Elditty wants PB. And likes dogs. Those are the data points.

food processors are a pain to clean, Cuisinart and the like with the bigger bowl and lots of different spinny things that can be changed out . vitamix is a blender. one blade going absolutely apeshit in the middle
 
I love my cuisinart for making stuff.

If i wanted to have a seperate thread about which Dog Breeds have the smoothest tongues, should that be separate or just keep it in here?

This is 100% totally off topic, but it reminds me a crazy story that an ex-g/f told me about her coworkers. My ex worked for the State of Calif. She had a female coworker who had a crush on a male coworker. The guy was slimy and asked her to bring him some erotica of her. Well, the lady brought in a VHS tape of her German Shephard dog "being romantic" with her. This guy shared it around the office, and the lady was fired.

Well, the lady files a wrongful termination lawsuit, and guess what evidence was shown REPEATEDLY in court?!?!?!?!
