before I leave the one department I been at for years, the management team is having me train all of the new employees.
Such optimism, no cynicism and really eager to learn. It's fun but exhausting.

If I were awarded for making widgets and the more I made the more I earned I would be a greedy mofo.
 
Well I am apparently hired at UPS for the holidays starting on Monday. Kinda odd that the manager texted me to ask if I was still interested in the job after I'd gone through all the forms and whatnot with HR. Might be a communication gap in there somewhere :dunno

I'm probably not gonna hold a candle to whatever the phantom did at UPS, but actually, I have no idea what I am actually gonna be doing, as we really just talked motorcycles for 30 minutes and then I got offered the job. Official role is helper coordinator, so, coordinating the seasonal helpers with their drivers. But it sounds like I'm actually getting a swing shift from 4:30 - 9:30 so I'll be doing end of day stuff assisting someone else who I think does this stuff full time. Most unfortunate part, I won't be getting the uniform, so no street cred.

Sounds good as long as wigets produced meet QC and QA standards for his company otherwise non-conforming wigets shall not be included in wiget Prize count!
