An electric leaf blower might keep you from having to take that risk as may be able to clear the leaves from the ladder rather than getting on the roof itself.

Hot Dameen, I think everybody has absolutely given up on using a turning signal in my subsection of the Bay Area... Left-turn-lane, off of freeway; left turn lane on a boulevard;; right turn on red-- doesn't matter!!!

AM and FM. There isn’t a single station worth listening to.

If you're away from Berkeley, .. yeah

Although KSJS is close to San Jose but it's probably very weak

And then of course there's all the KQED and KCSM which are classically indispensable
 
Even those stations are limited. Though occasionally you may find someone new.
 
KZSU 90.1 is pretty solid, it's Stanford's radio station. I can get it up here in the El Cerrito hills.
 
radio like that's fun cus the DJ plays what they want, you'll never know what you might hear.

I'm in Santa Cruz. Goddam it; it's nice to be on the coast. I think it's just nice to get away to somewhere different. I was in SF today. Went to the consulate and they went through all of my paperwork. They said it looks good and I should have no issues and I just need to wait.......














Three years or so.

But that's fine. I'm in no hurry.
