I was just looking for my spare set of glasses in my night stand and found a porn magazine. It's dated 9/4/17.

I remember it was a birthday gift from a friend. I'm thinking, how the fuck did she think to go find a porn magazine dated on my birthday as a gift? :laughing

It's a magazine called Club Asian. This is a friend I confide in always. She knows everything about me. If we had a falling out and she wanted to blackmail me for something, there aren't enough fingers to count the easy options. My life is weird. My little sister has a category of our conversations she calls "strange girls in dark places". :laughing

I think the joke is that at that time, most of the girls I dated in recent years were Asian. Dated is not the right word. I was in a period of a lot of friends with benefits. Not on purpose, just the way life took me. At the time, my girlfriend was actually white. Women of any color can get it. Also because who buys porn magazines these days when you can easily pull up videos on your phone or computer in a few seconds? How do these companies stay in business?

Bet none of you have gotten a porn magazine as a birthday gift. Or maybe one of you have. There's some weird people around here.

You've said a few things in recent days I tell you I'm not judging you for. I went to sleep around 7ish one day last week. But that's because one of my coworkers lives in Florida. She's a single mom and that time slot worked best for her so I didn't even try to suggest a different time because I don't have the same life responsibilities she does.

But it did remind me of a previous job in Marina Del Rey where I had to be up early enough to be out of the house by 5:30 at the latest to be in the office by 7AM. It taught me a lot about LA morning rush hour. 5:30 was good enough to get ahead of it but that changes really quick. If I was "late" with my morning and left home at 5:45 and I was fucked with traffic.

I'm glad for working for home over the past 4-5 years. My morning traffic is picking up my glasses and going to the fridge for a glass of water.

Yes, this was back in 2013 I think. I wasn't in OC at that time. But even if I was, it wouldn't change much. Los Angeles traffic is fucking terrible. Anytime I've been in LA in recent years, I always just take the train. A 15 dollar Amtrak ticket is worth it over dealing with that bullshit and also finding a place to park that isn't $20.

I've been sitting on an idea for a tattoo, well 2 actually. It stays on my mind with the thinking that if this is something that will be permanent, does it matter if I do it today or later? I'll pull the trigger when I pull the trigger.

i decided to get a birb last week. then said "western bluebirb." stopped by the studio last night, showed a birb pic, and BOOM
