This is an imported from Japan, (not sold in the U.S.) 2006 Kawasaki KSR 80 II.
It is a 80cc 2-stroke, 6-speed, oil injected, dual disc, up-side-down fork, street legal minibike. It's been called "The King of Minibikes". (70mph top speed). Only a handfull of these in the states.
