Can't help you but why did you sell the 390? They seemed great if they got the reliability sorted.

I've ridden both R3 and Ninja 300/400 on track. I really prefer how the Ninja 300 / 400 feels and how it fits me (6'1" 180lb, for reference). The R3 felt way more aggressive, like i was perched on it, and I never really got comfortable. The Ninjas immediately made me feel at home and confident on them.
The Ninja 400 obvs has a ton more power than the 300s, not sure what you'd have to do to an R3 to get it into the same neighborhood... at that point, why not just get the bike with the bigger engine?
Why buy another Ninja 400 when you already have two R3s?
still doesn't get radial mount brakes though, for reasons that I don't understand.

I absolutely love my Ninja 400.

That's quite the handsome exhaust, and I'm usually not a fan of single sidemount exhausts.
Okay, J, where’d the first photo you posted with the “handsome” Hindle exhaust go?
And is it a full system or just the can?
