Dunno who went down, but that sand after it was a motherfucker....I almost went down when I hit it I was like o fuck don'tbrakedon'tbrakedon'tbrakeaimforthetiremarks PHEW. Great ride people, awesome to see so many show up.

(but stop trying to ride 3 and 4 abreast in the same lane...sheesh. It's ok at stoplights but not at 45+...)

Awesome AWESOME ride...apologies if I was too slow for anyone in the front (was the stocky dude on the silver/red Brutale with a black backpack - still getting used to the new bike.)

Sucks to hear about the rider(s) who went down on the Great Highway - thought I was a goner as well with that goddamned sand patch.

Already looking forward to next month. See y'all on the roads this weekend!

My ears are definitely ringing a little bit, especially after being behind the R1 with the flames coming out of its pipe in the Stockton tunnel.
