Singles Events???

Since we've had a fairly good response to this... I'm going ahead with the next steps (nailing down the times and what we're doing).

As we all know there are more guy barfers than gals (duh), I'd like to get a PM from the ladies who will try their best to come to one of these events (yes there will be more than one, gonna try for a monthly thing) and also if they could let me know if any of their firends would be willing to participate as well.

I've gotten some great ideas and help from Meg (thank you so much), but more ideas and help is always appreciated. These events will be casual, and I'm goin to try to keep it small to start. I'm hoping that I can negotiate with places so that they will not charge us a cover. Most (if not all) events will 21+, this is because of liablity reasons only. None of need to be worried about getting sued because of this.

Also, I would like get a volunteer list going. You'd be doing things like helping to plan, pass around fliers, decorate, clean up, schelping stuff to and from... those kinds of things. The bigger the list for volunteers the better... I'd like to be able to rotate who gets stuck (I mean, gets the privelage of) doing what. :)

So bring in on and let's get these parties started!!!!

I seriously doubt we'd be 'stuffing our faces'. :p

I'm working on the details, so I guess that would be me calling the shots. :) As far as when and where: look for details to start showing up within a week or so.
