So which one really is called 4-Corners?

This is the "Four Corners" in the East Bay, at the intersection of Skyline and Fish Ranch Road (what a name!)

Hey Hooli I thought Fish Ranch intersected with Grizzley Peak.:confused Either way it's still one of my favorite spots. Especially when Oak. and S.F is not fogged or smogged over. That's what maybe 2 out of 10 days;)

I'm all for dropping "four corners" altogether, and just using "Alice's" and "the hot dog stand" (which will be OK until it's gone, and then your directions to a friend start "Go up to where the hot dog stand used to be....")

:laughing

That's funny. I can just see their puzzled faces now....

U R write. I stand corrected, kind sir! :teeth

I was at Alice's today eating an Indian (hamburger) and on the back of the menu it said I was at 4 corners. So that clinches it - even Alice's calls it "4 corners" - so much for taking advantage of free publicity. (Or maybe Alice just wants to be sure she gets the business when someone says "Let's go to 4 corners and have a hot dog.")

Anyway, now that Alice has settled that issue, I have another question. What are the cross streets in the East Bay for "the Wall"?

Grizzly Peak... I think Fish Ranch Rd is the closest 'cross street'... although it's much more fun to get there from other routes (skyline, wildcat canyon, redwood rd, pinehurst, even tunnel rd...)
