Stock Thread 2019

I'm watching a few stocks today but AVCO @ 5.87 looks hot to me.

23.8 GAP
21.7M Float
310k Volume
Pre market high of 6.50

If it crests 6 it could go. Time will tell.

There's plenty of 1 percenters on BARF, which is why I added the 0.1% to clarify that I'm not necessarily calling 1 percenters "wealthy" or "the problem". My point was simply that wealth inequality has been rising for a number of years now, which means that some group (1%, 0.1%, .001%, whatever) has been growing their income much faster than the rest of us. This affects politics and concentration of power/influence.

Yeah, agreed. Being a millionaire today is just about meaningless. Sounds great, but $1-2 million net worth is pretty much nice survival.

The truly wealthy may or may not work for a living, but they don't make their money earning wages. It's going to be dividends and capital gains. My suggestion for increasing tax is to increase fees on stock trading and capital transactions like home and business buying.

worx and spi again looks good today imo.

The market should in general have a good day today.

Worx halted out the gate! Let's fucking go!

A good day all in all.

Worx started out at 7.32 and spiked to 9.72. Decent gains at the beginning of the day.

CLD was another good one but only around a .10 difference. Still good for the price.

CLPS was also decent but I didn't get a chance to get in as I was focused on WORX.

How do you identify these stocks?

How do you identify these stocks?

several custom scanners through TC2000 and Interactive Broker that scan for requirements, one of which is gapping. I'm looking for stock that hit the following criteria.

1. above average volume
2. up 5% since yesterday - Gappers
3. contain a news event
4. Are priced between 1.00 - 10.00 (allows me to buy in lots of 100+)
5. Under 10m float

Watchlist

Friday is usually a calm day.

GSUM - not big on it but the scanners have had it for the past 3 days. If it breaks 4.15 it may travel to daily resistance of 5.15

FUV - down 10% after 200% gains yesterday

GPRO - Yea I said it. Apparently their in the business of making money again

SAEX - up 18% aftermarket

CERC - up 15% meh

There are a lot more on the list but these are my picks for today.
