The Home Grower's Thread

The LST has made my plants nice and flat. I may switch to flower in a week.

Also, the gummy recipe made likes 250 gummies...even at $2 each I can see why people get into edibles.

My friends ate 1-4 for buzz...I had 5 at some point. Havne't done too much experimentation.

They're on a wooden cutting board

Well my babies are still alive. Kind of nerve wracking. I moved them up here, through them on the back deck, hoked up a drip system and randomly picked a cycle, and then left for a week.

Will the deer eat them? Will someone steal them? Will they die?

Nope. They are a little stressed out and most of the fan leaves are yellow, but the flowers look good. The one ghost train haze looks fucking amazing. The Golden tigers are showing more stress and not as far along.

I think I'll try and foliar feed today.

I assume you have the proper permits for water utilization, properly graded road access, hazardous waste storage ( that roundup), cultivation, tax license, and topographical alteration. :twofinger

You first with your renegade tomatoes!

Got the 72hr notice, guess I'm chopping. Hating this county so much right now. Talked to a lawyer, there's basically no version of anything that looks like an win..and my standard for what constitutes a win is very low. Think I'm going to buy a small greenhouse and put veggies in it next year and then fight them all the way, making them get an inspection warrant, refuse to open the greenhouse and make them damage it to get in...but hang a giant banner size printout of a dirty cock in there to greet them when they do get in and of course sue for damages to the greenhouse. Plus, I figure it might clear the path for using the greenhouse to grow in the following years.

Fine on the number, just over on square footage. It's just so silly with all the huge greenhouses and hundred plant grows around. They allow fifty square feet of canopy and there's maybe twice that out back. I'll be pretty much legal next year. Just built a couple 5x5 beds and that's gonna be it next year.

Alsooooo, they're changing the code so that you're allowed only one 72hr notice per year and if you do something in between, they go straight to fines and abatement hearings, plus they you back charge $120/hr for everything they work on and if you don't pay in something like 15 days, they levy your property. Check out what they did to this dude. Anyway, this place is going backwards.

Word, just down to 50 square feet. I talked to the guy and it sounds like I can keep four.

My clones are in week 7 of veg, I had to go longer since they hadn't fully rooted so I'd say they look like week four of seed to plant flour. they're all growing flat from LST...should I switch to flower or keep them going?

So our new homeowners association president lady came over to give us all the gossip (er uh, firemaps and stuff).

I managed to keep her at bay. She thinks we are great (as long as we take their side on issues). Whatever, as long as I'm not the issue.

^^^+1! Always best to be on the team that makes the rules.

Just got finished with code enforcement. I kept five and they let it slide. Bummer is that the new rule change that goes into effect on Monday, makes it so that any violation within the next 12 months go straight to a fine, but the worst part is that they backdate it 12 months so this one counts as my one annual freebie. Whatever, happy this is done with..for now.

So next year mark out the 50 sq ft and just keep the canopy within that right? Gotta say I'm way under that due to lack of yard and sun.
