Missed the game I was playin soccer

Niners lay an egg or what?

Trouble comes in threes:

1. Fins lost, missed 2 FG's and iced the Jets kicker in OT with timeout then blocked the kick...he made the try after the TO. Ugh.

2. Niners lost, they always seem to dominate the elite QB's then let the scrub QB's go wild on them. Ah well, good to get a loss out of the system early.

3. I benched Jamaal Charles on my FF team :cry:cry:cry:cry:cry

Wow, Belichik is a classless POS. I'm sure he's gonna get a hefty fine for grabbing that official after the game ended.

Had to work and didnt watch a single snap of any game. But the Bengals win. PLUS, the 9ers, Pats and Rapesburgh lose!! Twas a good day.

Are you fucking surprised? The guy is a prick with no respect for the game. Any dickhead without enough presence of mind to respect the Superbowl post game handshake deserves to eat a dick every season.

Bengals didn't win they fucking DOMINATED the Redskins. That game was not as close as the score suggested.

In other news, HOW ABOUT THEM CARDS!??!?!?!

Regarding the Niners.

They aren't going to win a shoot out unless they throw the ball deeper. Only issue is that doesnt eat up the clock which is their philosophy. Radio this morning said they are vulnerable to tight ends sitting in the middle and requiring a line backer to cover them.

I worry the Niners are still too conservative HOWEVER the Colts with Manning only won one ring. Their plan was to score first with big plays and force the opposing offense to ditch the run and pass which the Colts defense (then) was setup for.

The Niners are tough to run on. I just hope the offense puts up more points which compared to last year, is all the needed. They need to target Moss more.

gotta give props to my favorite whoppin-on boy Carson Palmer for orchestrating the no-huddle masterfully and generally playing quite well.

A great rivalry. After watching Huff get knee-on-kneed on a pick play in the 1st quarter, then DH-B get taken out on a stretcher in the 4th, I'll just say that was some tough, edgy, classic football between the Steelers and Raiders and leave it at that.

Yes, I'm sure the League will not be fining any Steelers this week for that hit on DHB... *sarcasm*

It was funny watching Ben go to the sidelines, he almost always went up to to Tomlin and never to Healey, and if Healey wanted to be in the conversation he had to go up to them. I get the feeling they aren't getting on too well....

Oh, sure sure, but c'mon...as noted, it's a Raiders/Steelers game. Someone is going to hit someone in some way they shouldn't...at least a few times.

:laughing

(Not defending the hit, but honestly, I think it's :bs that the league can issue fines for anything that was not called -- perhaps they should fix the fucking officiating already.)

:laughing Agreed.

You should have been the one to walk through the halls / exits / parking lot after.

I hope you were treated better than the Dolphins fan who was peed on after the Raiders crushed Miami 27-0 in the 2000 playoff game. :p

Just watched the Niners-Vikes game, commentator Siragusa was in good form: "the Vikings best defense is to stay on offense" while commentator Moose Johnson says "the Vikings are out-San Franciscoing San Francisco." :laughing

Good game though, when SF cut the lead to 17-13 the Vikes had to start at their own 14-yard line, then later faced a 1st and 20 after a holding penalty but two straight passes to Percy Harvin got the 1st down as they drove down the field for a TD pass to the tight end (after two different 15-yard penalties on the SF defense).

I'm just sayin -- there was no penalty flag thrown on this play, and dude was fined like 7 grand or something stupid.
