The Supermoto KTM should have built

It doesn't have any trouble on track. A slightly higher COG realistically just means longer stopping distance.

The bike's builder rode it back to back with his own track oriented 1290 and street tires aside had no real trouble making it dance. We had a similar drive out of corners because his has breather mods and mine is geared shorter.
 
I was hitting 160 down the front straight on my 1290 and around 150 on the 1290SM - roughly 5mph of that is probably down to the slicks on my 1290 over the Q3s on the SM.
