Roger Hayden is racing with Estenson this weekend. maybe hes on JDs bike cuz JD is going to be at RoadAmerica.

That is whats happening. Tommy Hayden is the team manager for Estenson and Earl and Rose Hayden are the Grand Marshalls for this weekend's AFT Red Mile so it seems natural to have Roger ride.

Neither JD or PJ are on the AFT entry list for the Red Mile in Kentucky.

June 1-2 MotoAmerica at Road America, Wisconsin.

JD Beach
Two Solid outings in Superbike but none of the Yamahas were able to match the Yosh Suzukis for outright speed.

Superbike Race 1 - 7th
Superbike Race 2 - 4th

4th in Superbike points with 100

PJ Jacobsen
Supersport Race 1 - Crashed while challenging the leaders in race 1. No injuries.
Supersport Race 2 - 4th place.

5th in Supersport points with 76

Next Race: MotoAmerica at Utah, June 15-16. Conflict with the AFT Laconia Short Track but with both of the throwbacks closer in road race points than flat track, I'm sure they will both race at Utah.

Road America shows that Factory bikes are better. None of the usual others sniffed a podium. JD's 4th was because one of them fell down.

June 15-26 MotoAmerica - Utah Motorsports Campus

JD Beach
Superbike Race 1 - Ran as high as third in a frieight train of six superbikes for the first half of the race before crashing while attempting to re-enter the track after running wide in a turn. DNF.

Superbike Race 2 - 5th place.

5th in MA Superbike Championship with 111 points.

PJ Jacobsen
Supersport Race 1 - The team missed the set up leaving PJ uncompetitive finishing a distant fifth.

Supersport Race 2 - Third place but well back of the first two finishers.

4th in MA Supersport with 103 points

Next event: American Flat Track - The famous pea gravel cushion Lima, OH Half Mile, June 29th

pretty close, actually

I’m enjoying this Golden Age approach

June 29 AFT - Lima, Ohio Half Mile

JD Beach
10th place in AFT Twins on the wild pea gravel cushion.

PJ Jacobsen
Did not enter at Lima. Need to check his social media to find out why.

Next race: July 13th at Weedsport NY for the AFT New York short track. And some track called Laguna Seca for MotoAmerica with World Superbike. I'm sure both throwbacks will race at Laguna.

Other: Today JD Beach announced he will race the Estenson Attack Yamaha at Laguna Seca in MotoAmerica Superbike and as a wild card in WSBK. Very tough to do. Josh Herrin wore himself out trying to do both last year and I think he ended up skipping WSBK race 2 on Sunday.

Good luck JD.

With all of his seat time he can pull it off.

MotoAmerica and World Superbike - Laguna Seca July 12-14

JD Beach
Wild weekend for the hardest working man in motorsports.

- WSBK Race 1 - DNF due to a mechanical (stock Yamaha shifter arm broke)
- WSBK SuperPole Race - DNF due to getting hit hard at the entrance to the Corkscrew and rag dolling across the track into the dirt.
- WSBK Race 2 - 16th; just barely missing scoring a WSBK point.

MotoAmerica Superbike Race 1 - 4th
MotoAmerica Superbike Race 2 - 5th

He's now 4th in MotoAmerica Superbike points with 135

PJ Jacobsen
PJ was back on form after two frustrating MotoAmerica rounds in Wisconsin and Utah. He finished second in the MotoAmerica Supersport race while reeling in winner Bobby Fong.

Jacobsen is third in MotoAmerica Supersport points with 123

Next race: American Flat Track Buffalo Chip TT, August 4 in Sturgis, South Dakota.

AFT Buffalo Chip TT - Aug.4th Sturgis, SD

JD Beach
Wins his Twins Semi and the Twins Main event after a dramatic last lap. JD gets his second AFT National win of the season and second TT win.

11th in AFT Twins points at 77

PJ Jacobsen
A bit of breakthrough for PJ's AFT effort which has had a rough season. 2nd place in his semi (behind Beach) and 6th in the Main event.

20th AFT Twins points with 23.

Next races:
Tuesday Aug. 6th - AFT Black Hills Half Mile

Sat/Sun Aug. 10-11 - MotoAmerica at Sonoma

Sat. August 10th - AFT Sacramento Mile if either or both decide to Iron Man and do both events next weekend. JD has said he might.

I think PJ got a break when his teammate had an issue on the last lap but he did for sure battle thru some real talent to be in the position to win. I am a fan.

Johnson was bad ass and a win would have felt sooooooo good to him I am sure.

FT racing is delivering. :thumbup

And.... point battle is close at the 1/2 way point.

Mees will be all in as usual.

Briar needs need to man up to win the ‘ship.

Just stumbled on the realization that AFT has been live streaming races on its YouTube channel in addition to FansChoice.TV and Facebook. I don't know how long they will leave it up, but the entire 2019 Buffalo Chip TT program is available right now.

Nice.. thank you..!

OOps... the finals are not in it. Yup.. I skipped forward.

It is the whole program until the singles line up for the main.

In real time, PJ grabs 5th(!) & 2-days-ago victor JD makes 9th

Steve, how does this race affect the points?

AFT Black Hills Half Mile, June 6th

JD Beach
9th which isn't bad considering how the Yamaha has struggled on blue groove half miles this season.

JD is 11th in AFT Twins points with 87.

PJ Jacobsen
PJ and his team are finally finding some pace. 5th place tonigh battling with half mile experts like Mees and Robinson. Very impressive.

PJ is 17th in AFT points with 37.

JD has scored points in six AFT events while PJ has only scored points in four events. Each of them has missed a Main event at a race they entered; JD missed the main at Atlanta and PJ missed the Main at the Arizona TT (crash in semi).

Excited to see if either/both of them try to race Sonoma and Sacramento this weekend.

That would be cool as hell.
My bet would be JD if it happens.

Hop and a skip in a heli. :teeth

MotoAmerica Sonoma Raceway, Aug 8-10

Neither chose to Ironman the weekend by racing both series which would have been very difficult.

JD Beach
Superbike Race 1 - 4th place
Sueprbike Race 2 - 5th place

4th in MotoAmerica Superbike points with 159

PJ Jacobsen
Supersport Race 1 - 3rd place
Supersport Race 2 - 1st place

3rd in MotoAmerica Supersport points with 164

Next race: The legendary Peoria TT, Aug 17th, Peoria, IL

PJ rocked it yesterday for sure!
