Track day Tranformation

I appreciate your input, the fact of the matter is you came out guns blazing with an attitude. You made assumptions before getting all the facts. You stated your dislike for the tires, then back pedals saying they would be fine. There is always a "better tire" there is always someone faster than you. Don't try to project you ideals on me. I'm smart enough to make my own decissions. I like constructive critisism, but loose the chip on your shoulder.

there's no chip. im a lover not a fighter. if anything, i believe hitman took real offense to the fact taht i said the commercial series Power races were shitty compared to the PR series. simply b/c he was the one selling them. shit i've sold a few pair before i realized the difference, if i came off harsh, i do apologize.

hope to see you out at the track :)

yeah, he did, but it is water under the bridge. I'll be out on june 29th at t-hill. and Im scheduled for july 13th, but that day might change to do other conflicts. And if I start getting withdrawals I might set up one more. All in all an absolutely amazing experience that cannot be compared to anything in the world.

bring lots of water and gatorade for june 29th

its going to be hot hot hot

I drank 7 gatorades and and two bottles of water on sunday. Plus two lunchables and a tuna sandwich. I've had a history of heat stroke. (thank god for two piece suits).

thanks for the heads up:)

me and my buddy were there on the 6th. we drank a 24 case of 12oz water, 3 32oz gatorades each, 2 vitamin waters each and a redbull each.

i was pee'ing every 2 minutes

so you pissed your pants 10 times per session?

pretty much

heh

i would pee on the way to class (PTT school). then pee as leaving class. go ride, come back, pee, pee at class, pee as leaving class.

all day

but i never got tired, even by the end of the day my last session was my best.

that many redbulls is pretty bad for you.... :\

lol

you obviously have no idea WHY its bad for you.

@ thill june~august you'll want to remove all your gear between sessions. i just wear underarmor and bring a pair of gym shorts.

yeah getting that jacket off (hehehe) is tough even after a long day of mountain riding i can imagine a hot day at the track. Underarmor sounds like a great idea thanks.

i do under armor, but i rarely take my suit off

usually change for lunch and that's about it

guess i don't mind being warm (hot)

no i do but on a hot day an ice cold red bull is refreshing and gives me energy:cool

i wear under armour and i usually just take my arms out and let it hang, taking it off/on every session is way too much work for me since my suit is really snug

its contains a ton of caffeine, which is a stimulant. redbull doesn't GIVE you energy. it release the energy in your body that is already stored. thus drinking 4-5 redbuls in one day is going to completely expel ANY energy you have in your body to the point of utter exhaustion. without making more energy, all you are doing is exhausting yourself.
