I think I have heard that there are some hearing aids that put out canceling sound waves that supposedly cancel out tinnitus hum. need to look into this more for my wife as well.
 
I think this slowing down and getting creakier is for the birds.

I’m thinking there is no reason for this guilt.

I’m also thinking about Mary, a woman of unwavering faith who every morning stops by the church and lights a candle for my mother. I think I find comfort in her devotion.

been carrying on as though this ‘spreading myself too thin’ shit is a transient situation. ‘just this’ keeps turning into ‘just this too’. my brain has informed me that i’m in need of some serious decompression. that tune has been playing for awhile. ‘yeah, later’ has been my answer. fast forward. all systems on overload. hello, hairy edge. i’m thinking, my response needs to be ‘yeah, now’, before the decision gets made for me. dumbass.
 
Everyone needs to stop and disconnect from that part of life that disturbs them. Otherwise insanity is what happens.

Reconnect with the parts that fulfill you. Reconnect with your man. Tell him you love him. He, above all else, is the most important thing in your short existence on this planet.
