What would you want Yamaha to do for a new YZF-R6?

With Triumph dropping the Daytona there are no other sport triples so there's no reason for Yamaha to make a 600cc sport triple.

No reason for Yamaha to make a 600cc street faired I4, look at FJ-09 if you want or soon to be released adventure-based FZ-07.

Watch for the electronics package with the IMU and styling similar to 15+ R1, that's your refreshed and updated YZF-R6.

Not official but it's only a matter of time

I didn't talk about MV F3 because it is almost $2500 more than the Daytona and almost $6000 more than YZF-R6, and it hasn't won any championships. They are the only other homologated triple in world super sport and don't expect them to stick around if Daytona drops.

Now you're talking. There's a plethora of non-race bikes, why dork up a perfectly good platform? More go-fast goodies would make it more gooder.

They should make it with a big, yellow switch that voids your warranty, but allows the bike to turn 3000 more rpm. arty
