Kinda referring to generalize a whole city as lame in a sarcastic joking way without typing it
I believe it was before the Oscar Grant incident and more in the era of wooooowoooo, mouth girl, tub girl, two girls one cup, sprotbiles, manginas, and sprockets that can make your bike hit 205 mph...and of course wtf gforce talking about mate...
