WTF does "Oaklamd" mean?

Scanned the thread titles organized by most views of all time for Grant related threads...was only 2 or 3 pages deep. Was a big stinkfest of a thread, so I knew it was looked at a bunch.

I have no idea how long it takes to turn around, but my submission to Urban Dictionary seems to have not been approved, at least as of right now.

Yeah, this was the start of the, "Oaklamd," joke on BARF. Bunch of ignorant jackasses that can't spell the name of their own City (Although honestly it was probably just and editing typo), tearing up their own neighborhoods to protest how unfair the world is. It's that sort of cross-eyed, self entitled, self centered stupidity that personifies the, "Oaklamd." A 30 year old rusted out Buick with $2000 worth of 22" rims, a protest to honor the memory of Lovelle Mixon as an, "Urban Soldier," installing a cheap and horrifying mod to your vehcicle exhaust for the sole purpose of drawing attention to yourself and annoying everyone in a 2-mile radius of your car, burning down your own neighborhood to celebrate when the Raiders win AND when they lose, these are all symptoms of Oaklamd.
