Jeffrey Epstein "Suicide"

I've seen more than a few posts on various sites about this scenario.

Show a few guards zoom-lens photos of their kids with the implicit message that they could easily be a victim of a kidnapping, and it'd be about as easy to swap bodies as it would be to assassinate him. :dunno

El Chapo had no problems getting inside help in Mexico. None. He owned half the guards, the warden and the provincial governor.

In Epstein's case, I have no doubt that if someone wanted to have him killed, he'd be killed.

With minor drugs in Epstein's food to get him sleepy, a well built younger man won't have have much trouble committing suicide for a sixty six year old.

The information that FBI are a dollar short and a day late to his island is disappointing. It probably means that the rich and famous have won again, and Epstein will fade into our collective sad-story memory.

Not sure if anyone read the link I posted, but the fact that Woody Allen was a pal is, uh, well something.....

And that Epstein thought it was only our square society that looked down on the otherwise normal act of older men having sex with teen girls.

Editing in quotes:
"Behind him was a table covered with more photographs. I noticed one of Mr. Epstein with former President Bill Clinton, and another of him with the director Woody Allen. Displaying photos of celebrities who had been caught up in sex scandals of their own also struck me as odd."

"He said that criminalizing sex with teenage girls was a cultural aberration and that at times in history it was perfectly acceptable. He pointed out that homosexuality had long been considered a crime and was still punishable by death in some parts of the world."

"About a week after that interview, Mr. Epstein called and asked if I’d like to have dinner that Saturday with him and Woody Allen."

We do know:
he attempted suicide a few weeks ago
he was housed in 9S at MCC
he was removed from suicide watch
he is dead

9S is very hard to commit suicide at
It doesn't take much.
he was prematurely removed from SW
Psychologist determines when he's removed

It doesn't matter where he is housed, special housing or not because the ability to kill yourself in either cell is the same. 30 minutes is plenty of time to be dead. It really doesn't take much, just determination. What did his cellmate have to say?

Also that the guards were tired from a lot of overtime and to be honest do they really care?

How many of the 200+ suicides in jail result in punishment?

They love the overtime. What you need to look for is how many mandated overtimes were there. HUGE difference.

Do they care, yes and no, mostly no. Some what of yes because you've got the rest of the feds and admin crawling up your ass now trying to figure out who to pin it on.

Lots of suicides result in punishment. It depends on if you did your rounds and paperwork or not, it's all on camera. Then gets reviewed for that event and actually even the days leading up to the event. Someone is gonna get nailed for it, someone always does unless they did their at least their bare requirements.

Actually, it'd be EXTREMELY difficult in his situation. Plus mexico and america, totally different places and mentalities. In America, there is redundancy to ensure things don't typically happen unless staff really fuck up, even then it takes several staff to screw it up. It'd have to be orchestrated and well.....most staff are not talented enough to pull something of this magnitude off.

You should research this some more. Some of these issues have already been addressed, like normally he would not have been removed from suicide watch. Considering the situation, experts were surprised he wasn't on 24 hour watch, anyway.

He didn't have a cell mate. The cell mate was removed shortly before the suicide, despite normal regulations. There was a volunteer, rather than a normal guard on duty.

And if you don't think guys are murdered in jail in the United States, you are not paying attention. It is very common for Mexican gangs to have members make their bones by killing in jail. You might really be surprised how much other manipulation goes on in jail. It took a lot of cooperation to allow Epstein's suicide. As much as to murder him, don't you think?

agree, psychologist do determine. We shall see is procedure was followed. Reports are he was removed by request of his attorneys, which I assume is normal.

His cellmate wasn't present...

Suicide watches are always 24 hours and do not go on very long. Typically one will go for approximately 4 days on average or less. "Experts" on TV are rarely ever experts. They're removed from watch after talking to the psychologist and it depends on the inmates responses, attitudes. Prison psychologists generally give inmates too much faith and have too much faith in humanity to do the right thing.

While prison hits do happen, I highly doubt that his was any sort of orchestrated hit. It's REALLY easy to kill yourself in that 30 minute period of time in a special housing cell. What does happen though are suicide watches being taken off it, then later killing themselves once off watch, with or without a cellmate.

i looked it up a little, I despise the news so I rarely look at it. From his time of death, it appears he killed himself during shift change. 30 minute rounds are more like 1 hour during that time

Hair isn’t dark enough....

BUT...

You might be a redneck if you sneak into a federal prison and kill someone that has damaging info on a former governor of Arkansas... I just hope Mike Huckabee appreciates the effort!
