Is it possible that your speedo indicated 210mph? Sure.
Is it possible that you were actually going anywhere near 200mph? Fuck no.
Sorry, but you don't have the "magic 'Priller". The facts have been linked, and even with 150 horses, gravity, and a tailwind, your bike is incapable of pulling that speed in top gear - let alone, you would redline before actually reaching 210 - and most bikes won't have enough power to pull to redline in top gear unless they're full streamliners in zero wind - especially if they're re-geared.
1060cc and 150rwhp ain't gonna do it. MotoGP bikes have a hard time breaking 200mph on long straights, and likely wouldn't see much past your 210mph given a 50-mile stretch of deserted highway. There are mechanical limits in power, gearing, and aerodynamics that would step in and lay down a fat "No you won't". Look at the record set on the flats with normally-aspirated "street" bikes with tons of money thrown at mods and you'll see that every mph over 180-ish takes money and time.
FWIW, 1060cc is what, a maintenance overbore? Do you even know what the internal mods were other than "1060cc". Was it overbored to accept higher compression pistons, harder rings, re-sleeved for lower friction, did it have any head work, valve work, or cam work? Does it have an adjustable ignition advance or just a fuel controller? Does it idle like lumpy shit or was it just remapped to accomodate intake/exhaust mods to pull the taller gearing?
In otherwords, it would take a metric shit-tonne of money to make ANY RSV pull over 180mph, not just a "fully" de-restricted "Euro-spec" Mille with a "dyno-tested" 150rwhp.
Cripes, a $75k Desmo will pull through the 200-mark, but a $40k 1098R won't - and there's only a 20-horse gap between them. You must realize that there's a far cry from a 150-horse Mille and a 180-horse 1098R.
Hell, I want this to be true - that the situation presented itself and you had the balls and machinery to do this in what is probably the safest public place to do so (moving forward, don't - there is no really "safe" public venue for this - take it to the flats, it's fully controlled and you'll have official documentation of your achievement. Who know's you might even make a friend or two...). Achievements like this are just insane, and you'll make the topic of conversation at many a pub's bike-night. But it's not going to be "about the guy that hit 210 on a 'Milly", rather about the guy that "thought he hit 210 on a street-legal 'Priller".
Or the 23 year-old networking guru and HVAC business-owner who was also a Photoshop whiz.
You know, you could always just take your bike back to the shop that Dyno-tuned it and run it through the gears - you'll have actual evidence of it's potential top speed, and after watching it struggle through the revband in top gear, you'll be a bit wiser regarding the effect the wind has on top-speed runs.
Good on you for having the balls to post this, though - and good on you for loving your ride so much that you think your bike must be the fastest street twin in 'Merka!!!
