BARF Militia

I have 2 Pelican cases NIB #1510. I was going to use them for upcoming B.C. trip but I lightened my load and condensed things so these 2 are no longer needed. Save yourself a few bucks + tax. I payed like $188 each after taxes and that does not include shipping. I will let them go for $150 CASH picked up in Santa Rosa.

The good news/bad news.

I found piles of 22lr and 22 Win Mag.

It's in Canada, and I can't buy it without a Canadian ammo license.

The price isn't too bad, $3.99 for 50 rounds of lr, $13.99 up to $17.99 for the Magnum.

I think I'm going to the local range (SLOSA) tomorrow to sight in my AR74. Hopefully it works better this time than the last barrel did. Fuck Spikes Tactical.

the Ballistic Advantage barrel works well. I'm not a great shot, but with MBUS I was getting around a 4-5" group at 100yd using 7N6 - and I'm sure I was one of the major limiting factors (especially with irons).

After around 250rd through it, the trigger (G2S) didnt always want to reset right away. Anything specific I should look at?

Tracy Rifle and Pistol and their new target hangers not holding up well :laughing

Who ever sold TRP these is making a killing on replacements :)

looks like a bad design to me. there are other hangers out there that are proven. why use these cheap stamped hangers that will fail quickly

Too bad there are so many horrible shots fucking it up for the rest of us. I imagine they don't want to use thicker steel because they don't want to risk ricochets. Whoever was shooting 22 in that first picture is a perfect example of what not to do, although the larger holes are a problem too. This is why lots of ranges prohibit rapid fire.

Round steel bar rod might work. Someone on FB said to use angle iron. TRP was thinking about a $5 deposit too.

I'm wondering how I'll like the FRS-15. It adds around 6oz vs the Magpul stock/grip that I had on there before, as well as significant length of pull (it's pretty much the same length as a typical stock fully extended). I haven't shot ARs enough to say much, but there's no way you can shoot nose to charging handle while squared up with it (unless your head is sticking WAAAAY forward)

AR15 7.62x39 magazines

Does anyone have any they would like to get rid of, or sources for ones that work?
