Putting accurate rounds downrange from an M1 Garand is worth every archaic sensation.
Doing the same with an M1 Carbine and a lever-action Marlin .45-70 is bliss.

still figuring out how to mount things correctly.
Instead of the shelf and bipod have you thought of mounting something to the frame itself and have it come up just to rest the stock on kind of like mounted shooting sticks? Maybe a clamp that goes on one of the frame tubs on the cart and the it comes up and you just rest the stock on it?
If I lived closer it would be a interesting shady tree project.
BTW nice looking location for shooting.
Damn these confounded devices.

^^ Youtube AR15 mold.
I came across that. Def interesting. I think the guys that tested it with all kinds of solvents and stress tests determined it was weak around the safety selector.
even if you happen to perfect the mold on the first time and you actually make 5, thats still $70 per lower. why not get an 80% or 100% for that price?
Lifetime guarantee, smiths a few miles from my home, and cracked slides no longer an issue after switching metallurgy. Or so I'm told. You are lucky I wasn't at GBC to stomp you into the ground. I'm this close to having it running 100%. I actually did have it run 100% for the Oregon Open. You live in a free state and you still bought a Limcrap.
hopefully your slide doesn't crack anytime soon.
