I have a Ruger P94 .40 that I've had for 10 years and really like. My latest purchase is a Sig Sauer 1911 (without the rail) with wood grips and the nitron finish. My next purchase will be a Colt Python .357 with 6" barrel but they are so damn expensive! But like they say, you get what you pay for.
That's a cool M44 there SL! Do you collect WW2 rifles? I just recently completed my WW2 rifle collection with a purchase of a Lee Enfield No 4 Mk I 7.7. It's being shipped to my FFL tomorrow. My collection also includes an M1 Garand 7.62, SVT 40 7.62, Arisaka Type 99 7.7, French MAS 36 7.5, and of course a Mauser k98 7.92. I was going to get a Carcano 7.35 to complete the collection but for now that's on hold. I was outbid on a really nice one but that's ok because they are pretty easy to find for cheap but the biggest problem is the ammo is not! I'll most likely get the Carcano 6.5 (the same rifle used to kill JFK) instead because ammo is much easier to get and the ballistics on the 6.5 are just as good as the 7.35 anyway. I'll post pictures of all of them one day soon.
edit: I used metrics instead of the conventional nomenclature so that it is easier to compare.

Good luck finding 9mm ammo!
Also, I'm not sure this gun, Beretta 90, is legal in CA.
