Well...got skunked at Walmart tonite on .45 WWB, but for you .40 people most of them had a ton of .40 Federal boxes. Didn't see the price, but at AC there were at least 40 boxes.

Steel case or Brass case for my Glock 19?

Bout to order online and found 500rds of steel cased for $89.

I read the steel may be hard on the extractor and may mean Ill have to clean it right after.

Meh. That's about the same price as Blazer Brass at Wal-Mart. I know it's tough and limited in how much you can buy at once, but it's worth the wait to me.

I put more that 500 rounds of Wolf .45 through my G30 with not a single problem. Yes, it is dirty, but it will take yoo a few minutes to clean the Glock.

cool revolver ^ :cool :thumbup

Thanks! They were just approved for the CA safe list on 6/6/09, so I was surprised to see them so soon in the store. The MSRP is $525, but they had it for $480 at Antioch Armory. Only took me a minute to pull out my credit card and HSC. It's good to carry your handgun safety card for emergencies like these :thumbup. They even laminated the card for me for free :teeth

Went to Los Altos today with a buddy and shot some trap. That is a great range. I love being able to toss my own clays and shoot doubles. I finally got to use both barrels today. It was a ton of fun.

That is all. Carry on.

Played around with one of these today http://www.lasershot.com/ pretty cool stuff.

The guy told me it was about $2,000, and included a handgun and a rifle. You need to buy the projector separately.

I would buy it in a minute if it was less than $1k, but alas it isn't.

My new anthem!!

I went to one of the weekend Appleseed shoots last week, and had a great time! Learned a few things that'll help my High Power competition scores.

I did really well on Saturday, when it was only cold, but on Sunday, it was cold and rainy and my group sizes just kept getting bigger. :cry
They gave me a bunch of free targets, though, so I'm going to build a frame and head out into the canyon periodically to practice.

This just went near the top of my wish list! I think I found something to get with my bonus next year. ;)

Who besides FirstGen knew air rifles are so badass... and expensive?

$2125

That is one neat pistol...I would get on if it wasn't for the fact that I already own a 337PD that I have yet to shoot.

I've always wanted to try out one of those little guns. I'd like to know if the web of my hand can handle it.

Call the guys at Castro Valley Gun on Redwood Rd. They gave the the name of a smith that's in Castro Valley. Can't find his card at the moment, otherwise I'd just give you his info myself.

Thanks for the tip! Perhaps I'll stop by this weekend.
