Your money has already been spent on the Barilla product. What will throwing it away do, besides waste food?

I know. Was mostly kidding. And in fact it may not even be Barilla. Wife made the pasta and I did the sauce. I know we have it in the house but we also had other brands. Don't know what she used. But once it's gone there will be one less brand in on our shelves. Luckily the sauce we use isn't there's.

Buy from Baia, Community Grains, Pasta Shoppe, Santa Cruz Mountains, or TJ's, who uses some local companies for production of much of their TJ's branded pasta. :party

Meh whatever. The CEO doesn't hate gays, he just doesn't agree with them. People are allowed to have their own viewpoints. I think the issue here is the fact that this is news and for some reason if you go against what is hip you are EVIL.

I buy the Safeway Select or Sunny Select, depending on which store I am shopping at. :p

Bizarre. CEO Guido is trying to air his private opinions when in fact they have little to do with the sale of his company's pasta products. I mean, is it so imperative to have a same-sex couple sell Barilla pasta? Why not just keep having an extended family, or a group of friends, enjoying a Barilla meal? Market forces aren't shouting to CEO Guido: You must have an obviously gay couple on your next commercial or else Barilla will go under. It's pasta for Pete's sake, not Absolut Vodka or Mini Cooper...

Anyway, Barilla stuff is pretty mediocre, although I've bought their products in the past. Not sure if I'll reach for Barilla next time at the supermarket, unless this guy tones this shit down or apologizes.

We made Barilla pasta last night just because the box was open. Will we buy it again? Probably not.

Doesn't bother me one bit to take my money elsewhere.

want to try, because shes awesome.
