Cone Practice, Sunday, June 8

Looks like we have a full house. We can probably take one more newbie. Anymore and the day will run into night. We'll host another practice on July 13, the second Sunday of next month. So if you're seeing this thread for the first time and aren't the lucky newbie to first respond, we'll see you in July.

And we are awash with orange and green cones. So we'll have our own little cone rodeo for sure.

I didn’t know I confirmed and not sure I can make it. Plus if I do, I don't really need any cone practice so you can take one more to replace me if someone really wants to practice.:thumbup

I'm trying to get George to go but I dont know if he's going to have his kid again this weekend :(

Current temperature around here is Very Nice -- sunny and bright, about 83º F, with just a slight breeze. Tomorrow morning, around 9 a.m., the temperature is supposed to be about 65º F and partly cloudy. Then the clouds will go away.

Please remember to bring cold liquids and snacks. Not sure if we'll break for lunch. Afterwards, if you're willing, we'll do a quick ride in some twisties for you to see how much you've gained from cone practice.

I cant wait, i just picked up a new leather jacket and helmet today and looking foreward to putting a few miles on them.

Thanks, everybody, for today's practice. Turnout was huge compared to the first. And man, that sun was unrelenting.

To Eric~gmcsid, John~JPM, and Ryan~sivad87 -- you guys made this day special. Thanks for stepping up. :thumbup

Oops. Forgot that July 12 is a range day for me. So Sunday, July 13 or Saturday, July 19 are the dates that work for me. If you three can make it on the 19th, then I'll be treating you to BBQ dinner @ Bulldog's.
