you guys who liked dragons lair and space ace forgot about this one:

the nice thing about thayers quest was that once your dragons lair or space ace cabinet got messed up from people spilling drinks or resting lit cigarettes on the control area you could buy the thayers quest kit. it was basically the decals for the cab, the control setup and a small board that plugged into the main.

this was a cool game also:

Couldnt read all the posts but SUPER TECMO BOWL on NINTENDO was the best IMO. Ninja Gaiden, Battle Toads, Contra were some I remember, Then Mario Kart was pwn. Original Super Marios...Marble Madness...hmm those ones that stick out for me for old games.
 
Oh and if you guys don't understand those games as being old to me then...your all too old lol.

I still have an SNES set up with mario kart one
 
Tecmo Superbowl on the Nintendo by far

My friends and I would start a season after school was out for the year with one team and roll thru the regular and post season. Teams thats werent player operated would autoplay (injuries and all). The ones that were player operated would hold every week. Depending on the week and team schedule sometimes you'd play the computer, sometimes you'd play another player.

Players could get injured or improve based on how you used them. One of my friends had the eagles and kept qb sneaking with Randal Cunningham. By the end of the season, he speed and agility stats were insanely high (couldnt throw worth shit though)

Good times..

Next best was mario kart on the snes. I got so good at that game I could shoot a peel in front of you from an adjacent sector. Best was getting red shell orbits on other noobs for total ownage.

Finally ..tetris attack for third.
