That's the problem with getting older...things take longer, you lose them faster and you don't quit get to where you used to get.
I hear you so loud and clear about that pain thing.Hear ya Cootz. All is moving in the right direction just incredibly slooooowww.![]()

I’ll bet your unbroken hip is a bit out of whack after compensating for the busted side.PT this AM focused quite a bit on stretching. The hip is the deal there.
Also some focused walking to address a future limp which I am now tasked to do every step.
Some good strength work too. The massage part of the session sure is nice to work/loosen those muscles out. I could do that for an hour every day.
Just realized I left without the print out of the new stuff.
None! Just some burning in my hip flexors while doing it. My hip flexors are reasonably strong from cycling and the lunges I have to do for PT. My whole left leg is a bit weak so everything needs to get stronger in that leg.TWT - any hip pain after using the skier?
A little bit, yes. I was sliding forward on it. This solves that problem. I was constantly scooting myself back and now I don't. I'm comfortable on/where it is.Nice picture. Is your seat post angled back where it exits the down tube?
Forget foam rollers, or at least depend of them less, the new style impact gun works much better, especially with small surface muscles like hip flexors.None! I went from the skier to the rower to get a full 30 minutes of activity in then did 15 minutes of stretching and some foam rolling.
This was for my tendinitis. It’s still being a bitch.Forget foam rollers, or at least depend of them less, the new style impact gun works much better, especially with small surface muscles like hip flexors.

Try the massage gun, it might surprise you. This was for my tendinitis. It’s still being a bitch.![]()
Okay. I’ll order one.Try the massage gun, it might surprise you.
Also, are you taking collagen? I've proably mentioned it before, it helps with conective tissue issues.
I had some issues with my hip flexors from constantly showing athletes how to block in horizontal jumps. The massage gun worked surprisingly well to clear it up.Okay. I’ll order one.
I’m making some bone broth tomorrow to help add some collagen to my diet. I don’t have a supplement but can grab one.
