HoHo Midsummer Magic Rally. August 12-14, 2022

I can grill New York strips, mac salad, coleslaw and cookies including tableware for around $20 per. I'll volunteer if less then 20 people. I've done this for the past few years with my Northbay riding gang and it's worked out well.

New fire just started (well) north of Weaverville.

Currently a few miles from Scott Bar and heading North, towards Oregon.

"Shouldn't" affect the Rally unless the wind changes and smoke heads south.
Hopefully they get it under control in the next week.

Just planted my flag in Sidney Gulch rv park, in town, and booked for the event. Surprised me, about 5 open spots today.
Drizzle all afternoon, scheduled until 11pm, no dry gulch??

Gotta bow out, getting my folks moved into a senior facility that weekend. A spot opened up so we've got to jump on it. I'm Sorry I'm gonna miss all of the fun. My room is up for grabs.

C of C sent out two greeters for my arrivial,

Two spotted fawns decided to cross 299 about a 1/4 mile past Hwy 3, north to the lake, still in town.
I was looking for the sign for the RV park up the road, these two 25' ahead and about 12' apart, I couldn't stop, so I split them.

Deer Warning !!!!!!!

Rather than a room, I'm thinking a Pool Pass, + 1 adult, to hang out, if possible. Only a mile or two past your motel, fancy looking with all that fresh paint.

I only have the Triumph and mini, I wish I could do the dirt side.

Now I get to explore, boots on the ground 'n all
