Current status: Everyone knows it's coming, but KTM hasn't officially announced anything. The bike still isn't officially listed on their website, but it is possible to dig up dark pages. All the recent news for the bike has been related to the 390 cup.

New models usually launch quarterly. So early April is much more likely.
It doesn't make much sense – from an accounting standpoint – to launch a product in the last month of the quarter. Launch it first day of the new quarter and have bigger numbers to report to investors on July 1st.
I'm not saying you won't see them in March, but it's not likely.
