McRib is returning!

In the pork, It is all restructured meat from the insides of pigs including their heart, tripe, and scalded stomach cooked and processed. The processing removed all salt-soluble protein and congeals creating a rubbery patty that seems like the real thing. It also includes propyl gallate and BHA, which are preservatives that can lead to thyroid, urinary, and bladder carcinogenesis, stomach hyperplasia, and cytotoxicity.

Not at bad. Hamburger is from muscle tissue only, mostly chuck with the marbled fat or added fat to make it fry correctly. that stuff described above, man, I have a hard time accepting that even McD's would do that.

Where did you get this info? Is there a link I missed before?

This claims its just picnic (shoulder bits). Yes there is additives to bind it, but no tripe or any of that stuff..

That's cute. I'm southeast asian, our families cook with worse ingredients lol. And buche is AWWWWESOME. Order it some time from your favorite legit mexican place.

Omg. It’s fucking glorious folks. Glorious. Thank you SoCal.

I went on the mc rib finder and they said it was in my town but it wasn't. So I ordered something else. They fucked that order up so I won't be back for another decade.

Some day people will look back on the McRib the way we now look back on lead being used in can food and wonder wtf were they thinking.

damn right I stopped on my way home from Vegas
