McRib

McRib is an every day item in Germany. I had one this summer while on vacation.
 
I estimate four days of no food before I’d be interested in eating a mcrib. Suppose I could be off by a day and holdout for five.

11 hour flight to Germany and there was a McD's on the walk from the terminal to the train station, the kids were hungry. :laughing

Since there was a McRib on the menu that is what I ordered :p
 
Don’t you have to sign a waiver when ordering a McRib. So it’s made clear to the customer that it’s a toy and shouldn’t be mistaken for real food.
 
Tomorrow I’m gonna get two more and see if they’ll give it to me in the Halloween Happy Meal bucket thing. That will be the ultimate lunch right there.
 
Since they'll sell you the bucket on its own without any food purchase, I'd say you've got an extremely strong chance. :laughing

Well shit. That’s a done deal then.

My wife is going out of town for a few days next week. She asks what I’m going to eat for dinner without her. We’ve been together for almost 17 years now, the McRib is back, and you still gotta ask?!?! Jesus. And she thinks I don’t pay attention.

Haven’t tried the McRib. Did I really see a commercial the other day saying it will be here one last time and will be going away forever? They repeated that line a couple times. As popular as that product is, that doesn’t make sense unless it is a loss leader (doubt that). Maybe it is a marketing ploy to get a ground swell of attention or a petition going to keep it and create news. :dunno
