Back in the day a trip to Dave’s was two baked potatoes with a large chili dumped on top. Didn’t seem too horrific at the time.

Yeah, no. It's penicillium
 
If we call that mold green it is likely cladosporium, if blue then more likely penicillium. Another couple days and it would have a full smorgasbord of fungi. So it is proof of that food supporting some life forms anyway. Geez now I gotta up my inspection on drive thrus, could be scary. +1 on the Wendy’s chili.
