I got to wondering, if the McCrispy is a whole breast, how does it get rib meat? I was thinking that means pork rib meat, probably because this topic is the McRib, but I suppose chickens have ribs too...
The Canadian version is different:
Crispy Chicken Portion
Ingredients: Boneless chicken breast, Liquid vegetable oil shortening (canola oil, corn oil, hydrogenated soybean oil), Wheat flour, Water, Sugars (sugar, corn maltodextrin), Toasted wheat crumb, Rice starch, Salt, Corn flour, Spice, Modified corn starch, Baking powder, Natural flavour, Yeast extract, Vegetable oil, Baking soda, Wheat gluten, Sodium aluminum phosphate, Medium chain triglycerides.
