As lopsided as some of the pro games may seem the level of talent in the pros is essentially the top 3% out of division 1.

It would be neither fun nor interesting.

no its cool. i figured that would be the response. ive had this conversation numerous times where i had the POV as you but still thought i would be interesting to see to me

It would be like a high school team playing Alabama.

I use to wonder about this type of stuff too. My college, a division III school got to play the Utah Utes in the 90s (the coach’s we’re friends)at the end of the first half little ole Ripon College was winning by a couple of points. By the end of the game, little ole Ripon College had only scored a couple of more points and Utah won by a metric shit-ton. As a D-III school we weren’t bad, often competed for conference titles, but against the big boys not a chance in hell. That game lead to me no longer wondering how a college team would do against a pro team.

I get ya. It’s a peeve for me because I’ve lived near the SEC fan base.

That WOULD suck.

I imagine that is sort of like living with a Bostonian in love with the patriots and red socks (my roommate from my mid-20s is a Boston native). We are still great friends, but I’m pretty sure he wasn’t happy when I was watching his dog named Brady, put a Denver Broncos jersey on him and sent him pics. :teeth
