The Defense in SF was MONSTER that year, and Kaep had a brief moment in the sun when the Pistol Read Offense was the hot gimmick that DC's were trying to figure for like 2 Years. RGIII, Kaep, Wilson, Alex Smith, Geno Smith, Terrell Pryor, all these guys were trying to work that run game for those 2ish years until they figured out that throwing a spy behind a 4 man rush would typically kill those options.

Once the Pistol died, so did Kaep's career. Only Wilson, Newton and Alex Smith seemed able to survive the transition back to more pro type offenses, although Newton still runs too much.

Every time I complain about NFL Refs to my English friends, they straight laugh at me. They also think instant replay is some bullshit and, "getting away with it," is a fun part of the game.

Oh man, Felony Domestic Assault and Weapons charges. And a Marijuana Charge down south in January. This is awful news for the Niners, he was baller as fuck. Probably will lose at least a year.

I would be surprised if they cut him. If I was the Niners, I would keep the rights to his contract to trade when he gets out if he does time. I doubt the DA will get much traction though. As far as I am aware, he is a first time offender. CA Courts will give him a substance abuse treatment program and MAYBE House arrest before probation.
 
Niners statement today already said his spot in the organization depends on the legal process.
 
The niners should cut him. This is the same stupid that got kicked out of the combine for acting out during the medical exams.
