NFL 2018/2019 Thread

Heartbreaker but I am not embarassed of my team, coach or QB. And I liked what Saleh was doing but his coverage guys just aren't good enough.
I just felt like the offense ran out of steam at the very end. That old cliché about "learning what's it like to win."

But they were always in it.

Yeah, we were in it all the way until crunch time. Then we folded up shop with two 3 and outs and a D that couldn't quite execute the blitz when it need to.

Found a website for all you raiders fans.

I finally get to watch the Niners on TV and they get my hopes up and then choke it in the fourth. Badly underthrown ball intercepted and then the defense can't keep from getting torched. :facepalm:facepalm

lol, i think your the only 9er fan that hated yesterdays game.

everyone else is singing praises, the 9er D did ok, the oline did great, the 2nd string qb did alot, the oline gave huge gaps to the RB, recievers didnt drop balls.... etc etc.

tieing it up @ greenbay lambeau? field and having the lead for majority of the game is unheard of, gj 9ers with your 2nd string qb, you may have punched it in and the playbook may have been more open under jimmy g - no matter wtf shannahan says.

Also stats say aaron green is the best qb in 4th quarter comeback wins (some say the entire league). Regardless if you were #1 defense, he woulda still torn you a new one. He is taht fooqn good, i mean did you see him game 1 agaisnt the Mack truck? He came back and won the game on 1 leg.

Yeah I understand and from watching the game I was excited for them as they seemed to be playing awesome. Then something happened and the team from the first 3 quarters disappeared and these others showed up and got burned. Just feeling let down as they were doing so well at first.

I'm assuming the Raiders are shopping Cooper around because they're planning to exercize the extra year rookie contract option and Cooper's going to do the Mack and hold out. Maybe best to get what you can for the guy now. I have doubts they can get a 1st for him, but we'll see.

All in all...I think he's a great receiver when he's on but, something's not quite there. He certainly hasn't been able to pick up the art of self-preservation.
Back in the day watching Rice and Tim Brown, you would rarely see a defender get a clean shot at them. Because they knew how to evade the big hit while making a big play. With Cooper, it's like every other catch he's getting lit up and subsequently injured.

Cooper’s inconsistency says the Raiders won’t get a first round pick for Cooper.

I would be careful on the fifth year tag with him as well for the above reason. He has potential, but has not realized it yet.

He should be a superstar in the league, but he’s not..

Cooper can take his drops with him, hes another crabtreee

Super hyped by the coaching staff, had some moments but is just not that dependable when it matters.

Yes, yes, yes. Just a bad reminder of bad 49er days. One of the thrills on this last Niner games were so few drops. If a ball is overthrown, well, it can't be caught. But the muffed receptions just remind me of bummer ball.

Unheard of? It isn't UNHEARD OF. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/boxscores/201201150gnb.htm

But you are right, they are tough to beat at home. I also think the Niners put up a good show and it is nothing to be ashamed of in that game. I think a safe bet is that next year, with a boatload of new high draft picks under their belt and their 2nd year in the new system, it is a fair assumption they will be a dangerous team.

las vegas raiders is going to be a fooqn mess

there is no onsite parking to the stadium, everybody will be shuttled in...........

no im not joking, its going to be a retarded shitshow when they play @ home there.

The Coliseum is holy ground.

Are you talking about the Flavian Amphitheater? You cannot be talking about the place that both teams who play in there are abandoning it and the toilets flood onto the playing field.

UM EXCUSE ME ASSHOLE.

The toilets don't flood. The plumbing floods into the tunnel the players walk down to GET to the field. Not the field itself.

Jeeze :x

so, slightly better than the coliseum?

At least I can walk around in the O.Co comfortably. The entire venue in Vegas is going to have to be enclosed because hot as balls.

So I’ve been to a few stadiums. All of them have been like open air markets. Trash, food, drink, puddles, stink...mixed together. Not to mention the ralphage remains of overindulgence adding to the overall ambience. Imagine all that odor confined. Vegas isn’t clean and sparkly like Mineapolis or Indy. It’s going to be a filthy, odorous mashup of the underbelly of humanity...just like the rest of the town.

I have a big hi-def TV, teams could play in parking lots for all I care.....

Unless I get Willy Wonka like golden tickets, I’ll avoid the crowds at pro stadiums.

Before they demo the Coliseum I wonder if someone is going to take the trough urinal as a keepsake.
