Such a bummer, they could have done it. He seems like he could be pretty solid, just need to get these rookie mistakes out of the way.
 
Dang Brees resolidifed himself tonight as one of the best ever to step foot on the field.

That last td, his receiver slips on the fade route but the split second decision making by Brees forced the throw to come out short and scored...

Wow, who can beat saints at home???? Repeat of 2009?

That was coaching tbh, remember his 2nd year was all about pocket step up throws. Which he failed miserably cuz he can't read D, and didn't understand why D change scheme's weekly....:teeth

At this point in the season, odds are for NYG to keep Eli and take best player available. People are starting to think Edge is where they will buy in the first round since it is deep in the next draft and starting level talent will be available in the 1st round. Olivier Vernon is gone for sure.

It has essentially been shown in the 2nd half of the season that Eli, while showing his age, is not the problem. A useless defense that can't hold a lead in the 2nd Half and an O-Line that can't seem to stop anything has been killing us, and a rookie QB won't fix that. Probably next years draft will be spent building the line on both sides, with hope for a Rookie who can learn to throw fast in 2020.

A trade for a hot shit youngster like Mullins from the Niners is possible, but not likely, as they need their draft collateral to build all the holes on the roster.

The team is set at WR, TE, and RB, and that is it.

Omg the iggles might be in!

FWIW, if the iggles do make it in I expect them to get creamed in the first round at Chicago. I think the Bears might go all the way this year. If Foles can't start they are doomed.

I don't have a problem rooting for the Giants when they are not contenders. Yesterdays game was incredible. Beasley!?! WTF? That catch! The 2 point conversion and then the Giants not being able to get yards for a field goal attempt was pretty much the Giants season in a nutshell. Close but no cigar.
 
The Broncos better let Joseph go. The first Back to back loosing seasons since 1972 is unforgivable.
