NFL 2019

Just so we are clear, the Eagles love to create seething hate, so they were happy to let their fans suffer with no Superbowl, until the Giants got to stick it to Boston a 2nd time. They only won their SB just so they could knock the joy out of Giants fans that they were they only ones to do it. As soon as they took that away from North Jersey, they went back to a pile of stink just sticking thumbs in the eyes of any team that showed up with hope or heart. Why else would they dump Foles right after he became their only Superbowl MVP EVER?

They exist only to create anger and hatred among all beings.

Youuuu! :laughing

Jimmy G is so weird sometimes. He sees the guy coming from twenty feet away and has plenty of time to get rid of it, yet somehow he ends up in these ridiculous sacks.

I don't know who this Foster Moreau character is, but I think he came from the Island of Dr. Moreau. He looks like he eats linebackers at Brunch. I really like this dude as a monster tight end. CB's can't even reach up high enough to cover him and he looks big enough to knock OG on their ass.

So nice to be traveling north this week with a 9er win and a Seachicken loss. :D

turns out his knees bend just like other regular humans.

Join in and try and come up with a memorable name for Kittle's reception. They were talking about it on the radio and I'm stumped. The fallback is The Catch #2 but it was was such a struggle. It deserves better. More like Drive Angry #2.

What a game. In the new reality of officiating, we get these high scores, which are problematic to an orthodox understanding of what constitutes a great game.

But that was a great game. Damn. From the very beginning.

And I suppose NOLA is all butthurt this morning about the no-call on the punt. And the hit on Juskec. Too bad. I have little sympathy for the head-hunters. They really brought down the brand for a while there. Like with the Raiders, the NFL has a looong memory. I don't think much of that outfit since until they have cycled out everyone involved. And Puckerface McHeadhunter ain't going anywhere.

The no call was correct. You can't have pass interference when the team lines up for a punt.

As was pointed out over and over again. Payton wanted a holding call as it turned out. But even that is questionable in the punting scheme. And they are still all angry about that playoff game (was it last year, or year before?). The whole town simultaneously hates the NFL and Goodell but loves their Saints. When my son was living there, during the headhunter suspension, their were pictures of Goodell in bar and restaurant windows saying something like "don't serve this man" or "this man not welcome."

F those Nawleans whiny babies. I had a house full of them Sunday and they like to whine about their no calls but will gladly take the skipped offensive holding you know was going on as our D did not even really get close to Brees. Also blocks in the back and offensive pass interference where the receiver reaches over and almost pulls off the DBs helmet trying to make sure he doesn't get the interception.

Officiating was at an all-time low yesterday. Watched the Pats game for a little bit and there were some horrible calls in that game as well especially the TD run where they called him out and the Pats couldn't challenge because they used them up on all the other horrible calls there were in the game. Don't care if you like the Pats or not it was a horrible job.

Yeah that was a bummer. Had they won by more than a td I wouldn't care so much, but the best of all worlds is for the Pats to lose fair and square.

What an awesome game... man oh man.

Listened on the radio and it was incredibly exciting.
Watched last night after the Rams took down the Seahawks and it was even exciting as hell know what the outcome was going to be.

On the catch and run... YAC Attack.

Yards
After
Catch

Now doubt Kittle is a beast... love the guy.

Total bummer losing our starting center. the back up did well, but now we need a back up back up.. maybe we have one? :dunno

Richburg was out earlier this season and they survived but he is one of the happiest warrior leaders they have. He's great on the radio and I hope they'll have him call in and talk about what its been like.

Can we all just take a sec to admire the poetry that is this stiff arm?

wow what a turn for the Raiders. lot 3 in a row by a shit ton. Carr wasn't bad but wasn't good either. Too many missing pieces. Down an all pro o-lineman, probably an all-pro RB, and their 3rd down receiver. not to mention being down an all-pro WR since week 1 (f u ab)....just didn't have enough poop to outgun the mighty Tannehill and a hobbled Henry (lol).

They needed some breaks and some good luck with injuries to compete. Just didn't get enough good stuff going for them. Hopefully they'll pick up the pieces and get another W or 2 before heading to Vegas.

Carr is meh. He is nothing more than a serviceable QB, and hasn't been a top tier guy since his back injury in 2017. He's afraid to be hit and the ball doesn't come out of his hand the same way.

I actually called the 4th down play. Roll out and throw a floated pass to the back corner that's not catchable.

They can cut him after this year and only have $5M in dead cap money. I would honestly not be surprised if he does not play for them in Vegas
