NFL 2020

:rip Fred

Niners game plan yesterday was solid. Fun stuff.
That was the only game I watched.. fucking work.

Yeah that was a fun game. Looked like the Rams were gonna show up in the second half, then....nope. Was also pretty sure they were going to get one more shot there at the end. Niners played a smart one.

9ers came out like someone had lit their asses on fire. Nothing was going to deny them. Here's to hoping they play like that the rest of the season. :Port

:)

To be fair the Rams may be a Paper Tiger, the are now 4-2 with all 4 wins coming against the NFC LEast.

On a related note, I am excited that with our Division win vs. DC last Sunday, my New York Football Giants are now only one game back from taking division and a legitimate Playoff Contender right now.

:laughing

I love the NFC East. Four teams that just don't want to go to the playoffs because they know everyone laughs at the 4-12 team that made it in.

My son sent this photo during the game.

My grand kiddos watching the game.

My grandson has his full on Game Face going. Little sis is worried her doll is going to have its arms ripped off.

Classic!!

and yes.. those are seats from the Stick.

He still has season tix. I gave mine up a few years before the move to Santa Clara when I heard they were going to charge PSL's. After 25 years.. now I have to pay for a seat license? :hand

I will take a win where I can find it. :thumbup

Dude, the NFC LEast is a combined 5-17 right now. We are AMAZING. We legit might be the first division to send a 6 win team to the playoffs this year.

well, they are.

like, fucking every year.

Damn, Dalton and Dallas look absolutely awful....

Not sure if you heard me when I said that the Giants are in Playoff Contention after their win last Sunday. We're only one game back from Dallas.

We are 1-5.

:laughing

It's a good thing the cowboys lost last night, we don't need anyone stretching out. Unfortunately, they all play each other a bunch, so wins are coming. Just hope they spread them around evenly to keep them as low as possible.

LOL, like I said, a 6 win team in the playoffs is certainly possible. The Conference also has wins against the Niners and Falcons, I'm sure some more will show up outside Conference.

Does Andy Dalton just have the stench of failure around him?

I really like him and I think he's really pro but I can't remember watching him play and having a set of play go right.

Of course all those guys are used to Dak, and some of his passes were just fine and it seemed like it was the receivers with the issues, but I wonder if it ever gets better.

Too bad. I like the players on the team. I'm over the America's Team hate bit.

For a parallel example, I submit the other Texas team, the Texans, who SHOULD have won a lot more than they have given the talent they have had for years.

And even though I have been a fan of DeAndre Hopkins for ever as well as the great Larry Fitzgerald, I don't want the Cardinals to be rewarded. Or more specifically, Kliff the snowflake. He shouldn't have cried on national teevee, I just can't quite get over that one, but should. That ain't NFL.

Well, isn't the playoff expansion this year ensuring a team or 2 with .500/losing records making the tourney?

It depends, many times the League will have guys with winning schedules have to sit it out in January because they weren't good enough. Honestly though, the NFC looks just plain terrible this year in general, I would not be surprised if multiple 8-8 or worse teams went into the post season on their side.
