Cringing in our house. I mean, it got better. For the first 20 minutes, it just seemed completely hopeless. Then it rocketed up to possible but probably hopeless. The only surprise was how long it took Seattle to shift into fourth gear, which we have all seen over and over.

But in the end it was hopeless. That defense deserves so much better. They played their guts out then finally relented a bit at the very end.

On the bright side, he didn’t throw an interception! So it was, deep field sack, check, sack and fumble, check, sidelines and overthrows, check, miss completely open guys, check. But no interceptions. Yay.

He’ s just not quick enough for the NFL. Period.

On the plus side, Seattle is wounded and has to play all the games. Yay.

He's not an NFL starter. He's an NFL backup.

He's just a better option than Mullens.

I imagine that both Mullens and CJB are gone. It's not worth spending any kind of actual cap space on either one.

They'll keep Jimmy, restructure his deal to save cap space and keep guys like Warner, Ward, Tartt, extend Williams, etc

They'll probably keep Rosen and let him learn the playbook to be the backup since he's basically free against the salary cap

I'm not really mad about missing the playoffs, I'm honestly happier with the higher draft pick, we really need the picks, but the snub from Philly is unbelievable.
 
We agree there.

Stupid Broncos couldn't beat Vegas so we pick 12 instead of 11.

But we beat the Toots and that's really more important.
