NFL 2020

Chargers will probably fire Lynn.

You think? it seemed like they were primed to win as long as the QB was healthy?

Maybe they want to take the Niners Strategy and make Superbowl runs with years off in between for QB Injury?

Glazar already put it out.

Lynn is meeting with ownership Monday expecting to be let go. Early rumors are Brian Daboll the Bills OC who coached up Josh Allen. Could be a good fit with Herbert.

Nice, I'm rooting for the Bills, Titans, and the Browns this year. I want to root for Tampa, but I just can't while Brady is there. He has too much Boston stink on him. :laughing

Man, I’m wearin black if Saleh really does go. I think it’s a stupid move and he will find out what so many other examples of the Peter Principle have found. Pay him a ton of money and leave him in charge of his boys. They are such a great squad. Watching today, I kept thinking that they really are two different teams. That defense is so faithful no matter the score or predicted outcome. We are really in trouble if he does leave. More rebuilding. Shit.

I would figure Stafford would want to go to a good team :dunno??

It's Detroit, they're famous for a statue dedicated to fisting...

I'm guessing no.

there are too many other holes that need to be addressed with the draft instead of giving up #12 and probably another pick for Stafford.

holy crap no lol.

Just Saleh leaving isn't going to cause any of that.

Hell, they can just promote Demeco Ryans if Saleh goes to Detroit and keep on going with an extra 3rd round pick, or they can re-hire Fangio if Denver fires him, etc.

I don’t follow too many other teams/players...but just read some stuff about King Henry...damn. Second coming of JBrown. Here’s to hoping he has another four to six years left in the tank. :Port

Chargers fired Lynn

Jags fired Marrone

Jax is a seriously good spot for a HC with a shit ton of free cap space, decent defense, and Trevor Lawrence.

Oh you mean that guy from those movies with Silent Bob?

I still like Trask but not sure he is still in college after this season.

Wildcard weekend bold prediction...Brady gets knocked out of the game by Chase Young. Bucs still win but Brady is out for divisional round and lose.

I watched a Titans game by accident earlier this season and he is easily my favorite player to watch right now. Best Running Back since Brandon Jacobs.

Bold for sure.

Brady is elite at not taking big hits.

I'm kinda surprised/not surprised at the Lynn firing... he had the chargers playing pretty well the last few games, like they figured something out. Herbert turning out to be pretty good also helped.

The endless carousel of coaching changes. It's like increasing school budgets when you can't make the parents better. You can fire coaches all day long, it doesn't change ownership, who are often behind ongoing dysfunction. I guess the move toward coach and GM duos is good, maybe? I think it's working for the Niners at any rate. Not sure about Raiders, whether Mayock and Gruden are an inseparable pair...
