NFL 2020

JimmyG had a shot at becoming the next great in an SF uni and he missed it that day. Coach called the play. Sanders had position and JG10 overthrew it:

Other things that happened: the Dline ran out of gas just like they did in the games in the latter portion of the season; and KC's offense is the most explosive since the greatest show on turf. The loss is not the fault of poor coaching or play calling.

JG10 will get more opportunities and hopefully he's learned from his SB overthrow. Given the way I've seen him bounce back throughout his short career with my 9ers I'll take him over TB now and for the future.

or maybe it was 2 batted balls on the last drive that were good plays by the defensive line from KC, and not one overthrow while he was concussed

I'm not disputing KC ability to play. Just the idea that the opportunities weren't there as the result of poor coaching or play calling.

The point of posting the missed throw was to show that the play calling was on and the execution was off. For whatever reason JG10 missed that throw I am still firmly in his camp along with Shanahan's and Lynch's.

So...we agree?

Many, Indianapolis is really going for it.

Rivers, Buckner, they are making some heavy moves, but I still don't feel like they are going to be positioned to win. I guess with Rivers on a 1 Year deal, they are sort of putting a place holder on the trainwreck.

... geez, and Bill O’Brien, WTF! Hopkins isn’t just one of the best receivers in football, he’s one of the best players in football.

Can’t say O’Brien is one of the best coaches in football (fake punt :facepalm), he might be one of the worst GM’s as well.....

Wow...Rams released Gurley?

I figure it must be a cap move? He had a bad injury year last year, but he is pretty consistently productive. Guess the Colts will buy him?

Eli Apple? ugh, that guy's a penalty machine

3rd team in 4 years is usually a good sign, huh? Eli Apple is known in Big Blue Circles as Jerry Reese's Last Mistake...

Ryan needs to shake off a couple of bad seasons (last second win against the 9ers excluded :laughing)....

I more blame problems on their O-Line. Falcons D needs work though. Still, Gurley will probably be a good performer for this this year until he gets a big contract next year and blows out his knee for good.
