Bobby sucked a little less as a coach…he won more games than Meyers.

Yeah, but you see the same thing with CEO's right? Industries have certain standards for the skill set to hire those kind of executive positions and if a guy has the right qualifications, he is part of a pretty shallow gene pool, right?
Man some of those CEO types I would totally rather get someone unqualified to run a company. I mean you read articles about them running a company into the ground and then all of a sudden they get a job at another company and they run it into the ground and you think why would you hire someone like that more than once especially since the CEO gets a golden parachute and the company gets the shaft.
Raiders v. Browns game postponed 'til Monday...
Rams v. Seahawks on Tuesday....

If Raider fans had jobsteeth) they might be upset at the early Monday start time....

From the LA Chargers twitter account:
"Update: Tight End Donald Parham Jr. stayed overnight at UCLA Harbor Medical Center for observation after being diagnosed with a concussion. He is resting comfortably, alert and will likely be discharged from the hospital later today."
Best wishes on his recovery.

Thank goodness, that was frightening. Thanks for posting, I been wondering. I honestly thought he broke his neck.
Now that we know that, we can laugh at Joe Buck for saying he was shivering because he was cold. i guess he's in "trouble" on the Twitterverse.
Joe Buck is as annoying as he is moronic...

Sure, an inexperienced cat developed from within would probably usually make a better candidate in almost any hired role, but it seems many, many hiring authorities are too risk averse and would rather hire a person that meets the industry implied check boxes than to take a chance on a first time person who didn't get the ivy league whatever.

Speaking of "check boxes", Lawrence Taylor was arrested again... apparently he didn't register his change of address as he is a registered sex offender.![]()
I mean, dude may be the greatest Defender who ever lived, but he hasn't had anything to do with the football industry in like 25 years.
almost time to see what new and wonderous ways my Raiders will find to take suck to a new level.
