How many 150hp bikes have you ridden? I have no problem winding out my 150+rwhp bike on public roads without flipping the bike over or having uncontrollable breaks in traction. No rider aids either.
Just because you can't mash on a bike with all that power in 1st gear, doesn't mean you can't use the power. Guys regularly drive turbo busa's/ninjas on the road that make well in excess of 300hp. I do agree, the street variant won't be anywhere near 300 (who knows about the race bike? 300hp shouldn't be too tough with no emissions and high octane fuels).
Well said. Some people make it sound like idiots can only loop on powerful bikes. Plenty of Youtube vids with idiots looping low HP bikes too so that point is pointless.
Similar things were said for bikes of the past too i.e., 60 HP Vincent, etc. Production bikes like autos will continue to get more and more powerful and there will be those that know how and can ride safely regardless if it's a 1200 HP Veyron or a 200HP ZX14R...
